Philippa founded The Rose Partnership in 1981 and has built it into a highly specialised Financial Services executive search firm.
As CEO (until October 2011) she developed and led a highly regarded team of consultants which over the years were involved in the build-outs of some of the top names in Investment Banking. Collectively they have made over 1,000 hires for Swiss Bank Corporation, Schroders, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and most recently RBS. The brand she and her colleagues have built is known worldwide for the rigour and professionalism of its approach, its use of specialist knowledge, its dedication to its extensive and unique candidate database, and the quality of its candidate referencing.
In recent years Philippa has successfully widened the firm’s offering into asset management, retail financial services, and Asia Pacific (via a new Hong Kong office). In order to free herself up to have more time to focus on search, she hired Peter Redhead as CEO towards the end of 2011. He covers distribution, portfolio management and research functions and has worked in both Traditional and Alternative asset classes. Geographically he has sourced for positions in the UK, Europe, The Middle East and The Far East.
He entered the industry in 1993 following 10 years as an institutional equity salesman (Laurie Milbank/Chase Manhattan Securities, Prudential Bache Securities and SG Warburg Securities), and 4 years in the British Army. He was educated at Wellington College and The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Mikael is the founder of Zoghbi Associates, a specialised consultancy in Middle East search and leadership development. His practice covers the industrial, commercial and financial sectors and includes assignments at senior executive, Board and CEO levels.
Before founding his own consultancy in 2005, Mikael ran the Middle East practice of Heidrick & Struggles. Previously, he worked for Scandinavian Bank and Visa International in a variety of managerial roles across the Middle East and North Africa. Mikael holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD. He speaks English, Arabic, French and Swedish and is based in London.

Philip joined The Rose Partnership as Chairman in 2010.
He has held a number of roles in private equity, most recently at 3i Group plc where he was Chief Executive from 2004 until January 2009, and prior to 3i at Investcorp, where his main focus was on the turnaround and performance of portfolio investments. He is a former Finance Director of Diageo plc, the global drinks group, where as Finance Director of Guinness plc he played a key role in the creation of Diageo through Guinness's merger with GrandMet in 1997.
Philip has been a non-Executive Director at Vodafone since 2005 and is a member of a number of Advisory Boards, including PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK and Bridges Ventures. He has previously held non-executive roles at HBOS and Manchester United. Philip is also Chairman of the trustees of the British Heart Foundation.

Lachlan joined The Rose Partnership in 2011 to lead the firm’s Asian Private Banking & Wealth Management practice.
He has worked almost exclusively in financial services since 1991 and moved to Hong Kong in 1995 from Canada. In Asia, he specialized in fixed income and his last role was the Head of Fixed Income for Deutsche Bank PWM. He has also worked for HSBC as a DCM Sales Strategist and as an Investment Manager for Schroders and Income Partners. Entrepreneurial pursuits include founding & managing Babycakes Asia, Hong Kong’s original cupcake bakery, and work in production & finance in the film industry in Los Angeles. He is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and has a BA in Economics from The University of British Columbia.

Peter joined The Rose Partnership in 2011. He manages the day to day business along with a focus on long term strategic development.
Immediately before joining the firm, he owned Redhead Coaching Ltd within which he was a high performance coach working with senior executives across a broad range of industries. Prior to this, Peter was Managing Director and Head of Equity Research for JPMorgan in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Before his return to The City, Peter spent a decade in Asia: ultimately running the Equity research group for JPMorgan on that continent, he was also Head of Equities for ING in Thailand and a top rated analyst specialising in banks and financials in Hong Kong. Ahead of his career in banking, Peter was a police officer for five years upon graduation from Durham University. He has a BSc in Geography and an MBA.

Jasmine started her career in executive search in 1999 and has worked across global markets, corporate banking, private banking and private equity sectors as well as investment banking.
