Retained Searches
A full search mandate is a complete and bespoke service for each client. It encompasses everything from initial support in order to accurately structure and clarify the role and hire needed, through to a full research mapping, long and short-lists, interviews and process management through, closing and ongoing support as a candidate is onboarded. At every stage we give our clients best advice and work hard to minimise a client’s risk with, via detailed and ongoing referencing and constantly sourcing additional candidates until a search is closed.
Candidate Due Diligence and Background Checks
Candidate due diligence and background checks are carried out where clients are making hires themselves (through their own efforts and contacts and not through search professionals), but wish to have strong due diligence carried out on the individuals to confirm suitability. This can be done quickly, confidentially and provide enhanced certainty around any hire and help management to structure a development plan for that hire.
Compensation Advice
Compensation advice can be provided at any time of the year through The Rose Partnership’s extensive market connectivity, but are most commonly requested as clients approach the end of the year and the bonus season where a real competitive advantage exists for those firms paying correctly.
Competitor Mapping
Competitor mapping services are useful for clients entering a new market or prior to them exploring changes to their own competitive model (upscaling or downsizing).
Candidate Pool Mapping
Often as the prelude to a full search contract, clients request a mapping exercise of the talent pool in a potential area to make certain the potential for the hire, the strategic advantage of making it and the opportunity for timeliness. Taking this approach can maximise the strategic advantage of entering the hiring market smartly.
